Movie Title Help

Does ne1 no the title of a film in which a young boy finds that a guy lives under his bed who needs his help in destroying the leader of some city that is also under his bed. Him and his friends have to go in a destroy this guy and at the end they end up near some town a long way from their house. Sorry if its a bit vague i was young when i watched it.
