I can't remember a movie. a senator has an election campaign and he is running away from a paparazzi. he meets a black girl and he learns to sing rap and he sings rap in front of people and he tells them a lot of facts about America. He falls in love with this girl and he tries to tell his killer to stop the operation but he cant do it.
