movie about crime investigation on woman body being draw and killed

as i remember it is sexually crime investigation movie.

1. policeman found an woman tie on bed and dead. woman body being color like an art and killed.

2. if not wrong it should be 90' or end 80' movie.

Thanks for the movie but this does not look familiar to me. unfortunately this is not what i am looking for.

what i remember clearly was the movie starting with crime scene and dead body tied on the bed. the body was paint brushed with some art. police start to investigate the case.
