Well, it's either Cheers or Frasier...kind of an unfair question...or it could be a crossover with Wings, which was also on the air at the same time, and considering Frasier and Lilith seem to be on a plane in that shot, it might very well be Wings.

"Wings" is correct. (It's from my favorite episode of "Wings". The third season episode "Planes, Trains, and Visiting Cranes".)

Great job figuring that one out.
