I saw a continuity error in The Post. Man is talking with a cigarette in his mouth in the mastershot, then it cuts to a close up, and all of a sudden it's gone.

My favorite was in the Jurassic Park sequel (The Lost World) - the ship comes to port, but all the crew on board have been eaten by the T-Rex, who is still in the ship's hold. Somehow, during the ocean voyage, the dinosaur got out, ate the entire crew, set the ship's course to come perfectly into the harbor & dock, then went back in the hold and somehow automatically set the controls to close the doors of the hold back up on him (because, remember, he'd eaten all the men on board.)
