a movie with a dragon, a girl with hair falling out and secret caves

This is a movie I remember watching in the early-mid 2000s, and I'm assuming that's when it was made. I remember it having something to do with a dragon waking up from his sleep, a team of people going on a quest all together to do something (lol why does this sound like the Hobbit), a woman with hair that was falling out in big bloody chunks and caves with secret messages written on the walls in red. There were men walking through the caves and reading them.
I remember (and this might be wrong) an asian girl jumping through some maze (she was a part of the team that went on a quest), a group of people in a boat
This sounds like a complete mess, but I would appreciate any help!!

Early 2000s and waking dragons kinda reminds me of Reign of Fire.
