Guy saves father with motorbike

Hello, I have been searching for this movie for a long time.

I can remember a scene where a guy saves his father with a motorbike... he goes down a hill and get his father on his bike to save him... the movie must be from the 80s.

It sounds like "Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade", but it is too easy.

Why did the father need saving? People shooting at him? Tsunami? Monster gonna eat him?

No it's not Indiana Jones. I am not sure but maybe the father that was kidnapped was a scientist.

If I remember it was a dirt bike. I think to save his father he went down a hill because the guy was seeing the kidnappers from above... and if I remember he was talking to a woman before leaving with the bike to save his father.
