You can't make a rainbow without a little rain.
That's the entire 10 film collection of TOS and TNG boxset.

I haven't seen a full box set like that. I have all the movies separately. (Your way is better because it takes up much less room on the shelf.)

I've just had a look online and it seems it's becoming a rare edition. There are some with the same packaging but with only 5 films in it.

This one is a card sleeve over a plastic hinged box. Inside are a load of plastic leaves that hold a disc on either side.
Star Trek 1-10, plus 2 bonus discs.
One bonus is called "Captain's Summit", where Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy all sit in a circle with Whoopi Goldberg interviewing the group.
Other bonus is called "Evolutions" and is basically a documentary about everything Trek. From how the show has changed, to the actors, the ships and segments on technology (real nerdy stuff).

Evolutions disc even has an interactive Galaxy Map where you can scan around the Galaxy and read up on what happened and where, within the Trek Universe.
Total nerdgasm stuff.

The bonus discs sound pretty cool. I have a few random Star Trek miscellaneous DVDs, but I don't think I've heard of either of those. (They may not be available separately.)

I used to have a computer program that was a complete walk-through of the Enterprise. It was pretty cool because you could explore the whole ship, push buttons to play with stuff, and it had all kinds of information, plus lights and sound effects. Sadly, it doesn't work on any of the newer operating systems.

Oh, the movie discs have a load of features too. Most of the TNG ones are about Data's journey through the series's's and films.

I found this though... might be worth a look.

It looks like a great set, but after converting that price to U.S. dollars, it's about $40 plus about another $16 for shipping, and that's a lot of money to spend on movies that I already have in my collection.

If it's meant to be, I'll find the bonus discs at a garage sale or flea market someday. You'd be amazed at how many people sell those discs very cheap.

To give you an example, I just bought a DVD box set of seasons 1 & 2 of the British version of "Whose Line is it Anyway?" for only $2.00 at a garage sale earlier today.

I forgot you're in 'mericky.

But yeah, if you can get hold of the box set it's worth it. I've noticed there are a few different Trek sets though with all 10 in them.
Seems mine is quite expensive. The copy I have was £15 when I got it but it's £30 now.

The problem with box sets is they sometimes remove the bonus material to keep the price down. Also, by the time they get released, I usually already have all the movies separately.

Update...
Not the best pic, I can't find my camera so used the laptop camera... the colour coded ones are in box sets and stuff.

246 Movies (248 if you include RoboCop and Alien 3 having two versions)

Added Jaws to replace my copy I sent to the kids and bought Jaws 2 to go with it.
Not bothering with 3 and 4.

Added Poltergeist 2 and 3 to go with the original that I've owned for ages.

And added Misery as well. Great film.

I'm bothered by the fact that you own the remake of NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET but not the original. Any argument you put forward about how the remake is better will be ignored.

The remake is better.

Decided to bite the bullet and bought the RoboCop Trilogy Box Set.

You know what? RoboCop 2 isn't actually that bad. Not a patch on Verhoeven's original, but still, Kershner makes a decent job of it.

I now got 2 copies of the first film

Of course it's not. Why did you think it was? I like the second Robocop. Obviously it's not anywhere near the original, but it's a fun film.

My pecks make the ladies swoon

I remember liking Robo 2, but kinda went off it. RoboCop 3 isn't great though, but wanting to buy the second one I felt I had to get the third as well to complete the set so I nabbed the box set for a measly £8.

Got the Men In Black trilogy box set today.

Already got the first one going on the player
All the praise the first film gets, for me it's Vincent D'Onofrio is the one who sells that movie.
