Film advertised in 'Gremlins' VHS Trailers

I remember watching Gremlins on VHS home video and preluding the actual movie there was a trailer for another film I'm trying to find.

I can remember three monsters with black fur in a living room (jumping?) with rock music playing. It looked to be a live action film.

If anyone has a VHS of gremlins and could check this for me I will tap dance at your wedding.

I don't know. I looked through this but didn't see three monsters with black fur anywhere. Maybe it's not the right one.
