Barney Martin, the man whom most of us will remember as Jerry Seinfeld's third and most favorite father on the sitcom Seinfeld, died Monday of complications of cancer at his home in Los Angeles. He started out as a police detective, then got into show biz and acting in films such as The Producers and Arthur. He first got started in the business itself with apperances in Name That Tune and The Steve Allen Show.
R.I.P. Barney, and for us Seinfeld fans, this is truly a sad loss.
