Extreme Noise Terror Vs The KLF - 3AM Eternal, Live at The Brits (!)
Bill Drummand is great, and so were his old band. The KLF were art terrorists masquerading as one of the best dance acts around and the above was one of their finest appearances. The picture quality is terrible but, mainly for the benefit of Colonial MoFos, The Brits are like The Grammys. With Jarvis Cocker.
Drummand machine guns the audience of industry bigwigs (and the sainted Billy Bragg) at the end. Sadly, blanks were used...
Aaaaanyway, that was just a preamble to a great little radio programme I've just listened to in which Drummand (now an artist of some repute) visits Belfast. Dunno if anyone can listen to this internationally but here is the link - Link
The JAMS - It's Grim Up North
Drummand again, this time a little more listenable. I lived in a couple of those towns...
