What is the name of this Japanese movie?

I'm looking for a movie I saw a long, long time ago. It was Japanese with English dubbed. All I remember is, this kid's beloved horse dies and at the end of the movie he sees him galloping across the sky with angel wings on. The kid calls out his name through his tears. The horse's name was Tah Kee Roo.
