I'm not gonna be specific, but two films pretttttttyyyyyy near the top of the list are separated by a single point right now. So yeah, if you haven't submitted a ballot, you could make a really big difference still.

There's also three in the top 10 really near each other.

Just got mine submitted yesterday. I haven't done a count by specific war or conflict, but tried to make sure mine were all classified on imdb.com as war films, I had at least two that might stretch the definition a bit.
