The Ticklish Tornado: A Tale of Laughter and Chaos

The Puzzle Matchers

This would be in the style of silent film noir, artsy. A man would be wearing a coat with an elaborate cracked picture on the back, making it appear somewhat like a scaly puzzle. Strangers would walk up behind him randomly having these half transparent flakes with parts of images on them that didnt quite match up, but almost, and they would carefully stick them to the corresponding puzzle piece on his coat. They would then treat the unknowing man as though he purposely made his coat to match their piece, in their mistaken belief that he was honoring them, as though he knew them, but of course he doesnt care the least bit about them. This becomes an escallating game for his strange followers whom he starts to try and lose to get his personal peace back. Their belief that this puzzle on his back was made just for them gains more and more weight as they read symbolic importance into the image that simply isnt there. This would symbolize the strange behavior of egoism in the people assigning non-existent values onto their now distraught target. As he tries to escape them, the whole time not knowing why they follow him they take his evasive behavior and defensive retaliations poorly. And by the end of the film theyve become a lynch mob in a feverish madness as theyve taken offense at his non-acknowledgement of the pieces of puzzle they stuck to his back. I dont know how it would end. This is based on a dream I had the other night.
