Thanks Yam12, already watched " the nice guys " and " Baby Driver " .. and it was really awesome, and thank for that another two. I'm gonna give them a try.

  • It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World (1963) is a pretty whacky action/adventure if you want something a little older.
  • The Losers (2010) if you want things kept more along the lines of 'fighting/shooting' type of action.
  • Any of the 'Cornetto' trilogy would count, so Shaun Of The Dead (2004) and The Worlds End (2013) as well as the aforementioned Hot Fuzz.
  • Zombieland (2009) is a blast imo.

You can't win an argument just by being right!

Still laughing.

Not laughing at all, but it's topical so you might score extra points for being PC

I don't have a top 10, so I'm just going to list in general:

The Blues Brothers (1980)

Beverly Hills Cop (1984)

Midnight Run (1988)

True Lies (1994)

Hot Fuzz (2007)

Kung Fu Panda (2008)

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010)

Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014)

Ant-Man (2015)

Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

Let the night air cool you off
My faves:

Batman (1966)
Death Race 2000 (1975)
The Toxic Avenger (1984)
A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987)
Midnight Run (1988)
Dick Tracy (1990)
Beverly Hills Ninja (1997)
Pootie Tang (2001)
Team America: World Police (2004)
Hot Fuzz (2007)
The Good the Bad the Weird (2008)
Pineapple Express (2008)
Black Dynamite (2009)
MacGruber (2010)
Juan of the Dead (2011)
Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)

Some of these probably seem like weird choice, but I like every movie here, no jivin'.

I am the Watcher in the Night
How are Jackie Chan movies not getting enough of a mention? He pretty much owned the genre in the 90s, Bronx, Rush Hour etc.

Add in some modern gems with Hot Fuzz and Guardians and you have a great night in.
