It features some guys that are tied up and handcuffed inside a building. A tank of some gas leaked and they are experiencing temporary amnesia. They don't remember who is good or bad.
One is an undercover cop. Others are kidnappers , I think.They are trying to escape the building before the rest of the gang shows up.
At the end of the movie it turns out the uc cop had an affair with the kidnapped woman , IIRC.
