I'm gonna assume for the sake of making my list that we're just doing 2000s as in 2000-2009, not 2000s as in 2000-present.

I could have easily made a top 20, there are a lot of movies I love that didn't make the cut (The Prestige, my favorite 2000s Nolan movie, would have been 11, and Denis Villeneuve's Polytechnique would have been 12 probably, among many others).
