This is so easy: A member makes up an acronym at random. It doen't have to be anything that exsits in real life. The member who responds writes what he thinks the acronym means. The best part is that there are no right or wrong answers. For instance, if I write MOFO, someone could repond with My Only Film Opera, or Members On Film Overdoses. Both of these would be "correct". Then that member who answers, makes up another, and so on, and so on...
I'll start:

*note: The use of "the" and "of" are perfectly acceptable in acronyms without having a letter represented in the title.
Example: USA= United States of America.
