Seven Samurai..That's a pretty old movie. Isn't it?

I would say Aguirre, Wrath of God. I don't think I'd ever seen anything like that opening before. It seems to me that Werner Herzog's eye for composing shots is really distinctive and beyond the everyday.

My top 10 is all "foreign language" because none of them is in Portuguese.
And are they all with subtitles or are some dubbed? I always prefer the original dialogue if I can get it.

I have heard about this movie a lot. Didn't get a chance to watch it yet.

Assuming you mean non-English, and excepting Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, what comes to mind...

Appleseed (Japanese)
The Returner (Japanese)
Tokyo Godfathers (Japanese)
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (Japanese)
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (Japanese)

Hard Boiled (Chinese)
Dragon Tiger Gate (Chinese)
Rumble In The Bronx (Chinese)

Timecrimes (Spanish)
Pan's Labyrinth (Spanish)

Metropolis (German)

I'm struggling to think of more at the moment.
