Movie character saying ''Lucia''

I don't know why, but I have this sound in my head of an old movie (probably 40's or 50's, but I might be wrong) of a movie character saying Lucia. It's definitely a male who's saying it, I'm pretty sure it's in a famous film.

The character is probably in love of a character called Lucia and says it quite often.

I kind of have the image of the male character saying Lucia in a last breath before he dies, but I'm not sure at all about that last detail, I'm just certain os the sound ''Lucia'' said by an actor in a 40's/50's accent.

I have the feeling it's an actor with a particular voice ike Laurence Olivier or James Mason, but I can't find the film I'm talking about in their filmography

Also, Lucia might be a nickname, the way the male characters refers to the love of his life, but isn't her actual name.
