No, I respected that she took the time to post his fave movies of 2015 and I also stated that De Caprio is a cnut.

Knight of Cups is a weird one, but Cate Blanchett's monologue is immense!

2015 didn't have a lot of stand-outs for me. I really struggled to remember what I saw. Lots of "Ugh" or "Meh" moments.

I hope everyone that posts in this thread makes their way over to the Mofo Film Awards thread and nominates the films they think were the best, or the worst....of the year.

Haven't seen much, barely anything, but here's what I got.

1.Blackhat (a top 100 of all-time film; top 3 Mann for me) +
2.Sicario
3.Hard to be a God (never experienced anything like this. Hard to get through, but can't stop thinking about it. Pure atmosphere).

I still plan on seeing a few, but these are the only ones that I genuinely think are "must-watch" films.

I ultimately didn't love Blackhat, but I did think it was interesting and worth watching once (possibly even twice). Considering how utterly divisive it is, I'm not about to side-eye anyone for thinking it's brilliant.
