Shania Twain's "Still the One"..

I Am The Highway by Audioslave ... since last night....

Pearls and swine bereft of me
Long and weary my road has been
I was lost in the cities
Alone in the hills
No sorrow or pity for leaving I feel

I am not your rolling wheels
I am the Highway
I am not your carpet ride
I am the sky

Friends and liars don't wait for me
'Cause I'll get on all by myself
I put millions of miles
Under my heels
And still too close to you
I feel

I am not your rolling wheels
I am the highway
I am not your carpet ride
I am the sky
I am not your blowing wind
I am the lightning
I am not your autumn moon
I am the night, the night..

"Wanna Be on Top...

MTV has been marathoning "America's Next Top Model" (Never knew how guilty of a pleasure this show is!) But, Anyway, this song keeps going on and on in my head:

I am having a nervous breakdance
Actually no song right now...

I saw The Darjeeling Limited last week and for a couple of days I just had to listen to "This Time Tomorrow" with The Kinks at least four times a day. Still love the song but I'm free from the addiction now.

They had temporarily escaped the factories, the warehouses, the slaughterhouses, the car washes - they'd be back in captivity the next day but
now they were out - they were wild with freedom. They weren't thinking about the slavery of poverty. Or the slavery of welfare and food stamps. The rest of us would be all right until the poor learned how to make atom bombs in their basements.
