Wow, I was certain that second shot would give it away...that's Regis Philbin...here's a new one:

Philpin looked a little like Topher Grace in 2nd photo, but he’s too young for the photos.

Don’t know the new one.

The new one is a second generation performer and the shot posted is from a guest appearance she did on a CBS sitcom called My Favorite Martian...a few years later, she was the star of own ABC sitcom which ran for five seasons.
