Hoffman (The dude with the glasses) from Sam Rami's Spider-Man movies.

Lt. Traxler in 'The Terminator'. Seems minimal, negligible almost, but he stands out as a good performance and memorable character. His partner shows him pictures of the dead Sarah Connors: 'shot with a large caliber weapon' - Traxler takes off his glasses and shows them to his partner 'you know, these work...' Gold.

Plus, in a deleted scene, as he lies wounded in a doorframe he stops Kyle running down the hall and tells him to look after sarah and that she must live (something to that effect). A deleted scene along with Resse's breakdown that I long to see reinstated one day.

Speaking of Brosnan era Bond: I'd have to go for the wonderful Vincent Schiavelli as perfectionist assassin Dr. Kaufman in Tomorrow Never Dies.

Bond:
It won't look like a suicide if you shoot me from over there.

Dr. Kaufman: I am a professor of forensic medicine. Believe me, Mr. Bond, I could shoot you from Stuttgart und still create ze proper effect.

Jamie Kennedy's character Randy in the Scream movies.
