I saw Munich yesterday, and I have to admit, it was easily one of the most disturbing movies I have ever seen.

I agree, Threads is far and away the most disturbing thing I've ever seen. I have still barely recovered from when they forced us to watch it in school.
Of actual films, I'd go with The Wicker Man, Henry (of all the things in that movie, it's that damn 'I love Chicago' T-shirt that freaks me out most) and When The Wind Blows.

I couldn't watch Full Metal Jacket because of the mistreatment of Pyle, the borderline retarded recruit. And I know that it isn't half as bad as some of the movies listed above, but it disturbed me...
