The Last Temptation of Christ (d. Martin Scorsese, 1988)

Wow. Far and away one of the greatest, most personal films of all-time.

**The Royal Tenembaums**

The Road Home~ A sweet, touching tearjearker. Beautifully done without being overdone.

Temptress Moon~ Somewhat of a disappointment. Very stylishly done (almost to the point of being overdone) and some intriguing parts to the story, but it seemed to drag on and on and on. I couldn't wait for it to end.

Holes~ Good family movie. My daughter loves this.

Gods and Monsters -( A ) Outstanding work by Ian McKellan. I truly enjoyed this film.

Don Juan DeMarco - ( B ) One of my "feel good" movies. Hard to believe its nine years old.

I Capture the Castle -(B+) Sweet story. Great with a cup of tea.

The Majestic - Very good movie. I was one giant goosebump from beginning to end. Nice homage to Capra.

I don't want to get into a big debate or anything, but you said "Virtually Charleze Theron's ultimate performance of her career !". What her career consists of has everything to do with what you said.

The fact that isn't changed is that her performance was brilliant.
