Hi all,
I watched this movie on TV a few years back. I can't remember the name and this is going to be quite vague, but I thought I'd check anyways.
I think it was filmed in the 1980s or 1970s to start with, but that's just based on the look of the film.
The plot revolved around this hospital in a ghettoish area. The community wants more services and thinks the hospital isn't serving them properly. In the end, the head of the hospital, just says screw it and takes off and says something like "If you think you can do any better, then take it"
Any ideas?
