Something about a priest ... ?

I suddenly remembered a fragment of some long time ago I scanned a foreign film. But all I remember - it's little episode:

A woman comes to church for confession. In this case, a woman - to form a real sinner: in fishnet tights, red shoes ... Well, she sits down, confessed. A priest who is sitting there, seems to knows it, I realized that he was in love with her. She pronounces, then quickly gets up and walks away. The priest goes out of their kennels and runs after her, while the church was, it seems kind of service, so that everyone turned on him. He runs out into the street and sees how she sits in a black car and drives away.

I just saw that four days ago. Not from the beginning, just a few minutes before that scene. I don't remember the name of it, but I think the priest was Tom Berenger. I'll be back. It was pretty good, a Mafia movie.

That scene exactly as described is in the movie, including driving off in the back seat of the black limo car.

If all she remembers is that scene, how does she know that isn't the movie?

The only slight difference is he isn't in love with her, but was involved with her before he became a priest.

It's not Scarlet Letter or True Confessions, haven't seen the other two.

I think it is very unlikely there is another movie that has that scene that closely, including getting in the black limo, but if she doesn't want to accept it, there is not much we can do.

I think it may be a case of mixing movies up, she saw that movie and another about a priest getting involved with a woman (I know at least two) and she is confusing them. I'll check on some movies and maybe can add some to the list.

Here is another Priest falling in love with a woman movie, but i doubt very much it has that scene.

They are showing Last Rites again on This TV tomorrow. Even though the person claimed that wasn't their movie I can't believe there were two movies with that scene. I didn't pay any attention to what she was wearing. I'm going to watch it again to see if she had red shoes.

I watched Last Last Rites again. I slightly misremembered the scene. The Priest doesn't actually see her drive off, but she gets in a black limo. Everything else is the same. This is the first time i caught it from the beginning. The plot has more holes than Swiss Cheese. I am wondering if the person only watched the beginning of the movie because there is a similar scene, but not exact early in the movie with a different girl. In the scene that fits the description she does not have fishnet stockings, but is wearing really dark nylons earlier that could look like fishnet. No red shoes, but the other girl is earlier wearing a red dress. The woman in question he isn't in love with. It is his sister who he had an incestuous relationship with when he was 15 and had nothing to do with the story. They just threw that part in. He falls in love with the other girl.
