Your favorite Musical?
fame...that was the first musical i saw on my own volition....i saw pink flloys the wall and tommy, but i was young...and my mom thought i should "see" it..
but i still remember fame, i think i saw it on HBO back in the early eighties, and i saw it a few years later on regular tv....and i still remembered it and liked it.

I break out in song regularly. In fact, I'm working on a way for my theme song to instantly play when I walk through a door. Yes, EVERY time I walk through a door....
Can't pick just one, but:
Carmen
Fiddler on the Roof
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Chicago
My Fair Lady
not necessarily in that order, are definitely contenders.

West Side Story
I forget the other one but it had the song "...fringe on the top!" Is it Oklahoma? Or South something?

There are soo many to choose from....what is your favorite?
Here goes:
West Side Story (The tops for me)
Others, in no particular order:
Sound of Music
My Fair Lady (the movie was OK, but I liked the stage version better)
Hair (The stage version and the film version were equally fun)
Godspell (I liked the stage version, not the movie! Ugh!)
Wizard of Oz
Tom Thumb
Unsinkable Molly Brown

Okay, I'm not such a big fan of musicals, but honestly, this might be the best one I've seen, or I enjoyed it the most, at least:

Hard to choose between Chicago and West Side Story... Both are definitely outstanding musicals - great singing paired with some great dancing and fantastic story lines.
By the way, I was just on Sporcle earlier today and noticed they are giving away a free iPad2 to the 500 millionth game played! Great way to get an iPad while just playing some trivia games... Not sure if anyone has been on that site before, but they have some awesome movie trivia. Just spreading the word.
