Yes, The Pianist was great, and to me it was a lot better than Schindler's List which would have been a good match up actually. It also reminded a lot of another movie about the struggle of survival during tough times, which is King of the Hill. You'd probably like it.

Return of the King is one of those films that blows you away the first time you see it but loses your interest over time. 12 Angry Men I can watch over and over again... so: 12 Angry Men.

I didn't mind the extended ending that much, it was like that in the book. Hopefully the extended version on DVD will have Sauroman in it.

As far as Psycho is concerned, the film is brought to a ridiculous ending with everything explained as a guilt complex. I understand psychology was different then...but please.
