FAR OFF. I'm all in black. :D

Black unicorns? That's cool. I'm not one to be unicist.

cat_sidhe

short and loud.

Can be at least. I think my patience is pretty good actually. I'm usually the one trying to keep everyone else calm when stress is high; but put me on the road behind 3 jerkoffs going 5 under in the passing lane and veins start to pop from my temple.

You really shouldn't jerk off and drive. It isn't safe!

Love Michael Scott! But if I'm honest (and I think I should be. I would like to be. I know sometimes that's difficult, especially when other people's feelings are in play, but really, honest should be the best policy. Am I right?) I thought that was an old G.W. Bush gif for a moment and couldn't figure it out.

That would be Nostromo himself! And the score of the game he left us for. I've never seen someone jump out the window of a sound booth before. And the studio is on the second floor.

What can I say? When the shoes and water pistols aren't enough, LEG IT OUT EH WINDOW and live with the shock to the joints.

And no, that's too much awesome for a milk carton.

Why yes! Hello, you're on the air...

Maybe a 4-piece collector's milk carton set? Drink the milk, unfold and invert the carton so that it is flat. you have a 1/50 chance of getting a unique quarter of the poster. Once you've gone through enough milk to collect all 4, you piece them together to have a single poster image of Nos. Dripping milk and all.

At this point I feel like Cat_sidhe and Chypmunk are like a brother/sister combo that I never had growing up. I'm an only child. Technically. Dad did his own thing had got married again. Then again. but those kids stayed with their moms or whatever. I grew up on my own. That's useful back story. Point is, I really get a kick out of those two and how they instigate each other into more goof. My favorite is the Shoutbox Pun Runs. Btw, I've not seen that in a while guys.....

Iro frustrates me lol. I've made a few efforts to get into an argument with him in the Last Jedi thread but I think he passes me over for Gandalf and Larry bouts.

There are two users that I'm just not sure about yet. Maybe that will come in time. Oh, and Camo has, for whatever reason, made me scared of Holden Pike. I don't know why, but I have started dreaming nightmares of cowboys looking over porch rails since the Top 130 Album Countdown.

Well, it was probably more just me talking to myself on some random association that landed on the milkshake song. I feel more comfortable, though, pretending it was with purpose and intent.

Well, I can tell from the banging on the wall that our DJ Host has apparently locked herself in the toilet down the hall. Being that it's after hours, maintenance staff has already left for the evening. I'm going to put in a call to management to see if we can get cat rescued safe and sound. Hopefully it won't be too long. Let's hope she doesn't run out of paper =\

We will be back soon, after a brief interlude!!!!! Hopefully!

Sadly, I learned that being a Virgo is a mixed bag. I do a lot of things, but master nothing it seems.

Writing, photography, music, etc. I work a lot though so it's hard to find time to schedule any sort of consistency.

If one's really going in for astrology, you'd need more than just the sun sign to determine what someone's like. And then it all just gets like pretty geometry really. Used to play around with it when I was a kid. :)

Not necessarily a fan as it's just a random and wild imagination that too easily jumps from one ridiculous thing to another.

Heights. Terrified of them. And crowds. Actually, just dealing with strangers in general. Even dealing with clients that I've had for years, I still have to psyche myself up to just make a phone call without freaking out. Practice makes perfect, and I'm better at it but still it can run wild if I don't keep on it.

I get the crowds thing. I only suffer through them if it's something I really want to do like a concert. Even then I get super anxious about it and when it's time to actually go to whatever it is I've freaked myself out to the point of not wanting to go anymore, but force myself to anyway.

ynwtf
09-05-18, 11:27 PM
Working on it. The pet thing, I mean. That's a good angle to approach it from. Still too emotional of the pup. If a stray wanders up in my yard, I will care for it. But not going out of my way to find one.

Happy in life. Not really, no. I've had a lot of family loss these past two years which feels like it's one thing after another. BUT! As far as having a clearer head about life, troubles, and dealing in general, then yes. I'm better at that. Experience brings perspective. Being able to recognize my negative patterns is a good thing. They can still overwhelm, but seeing them play out helps to observe and reflect on those patterns, how they form, and what might can be done to redirect that energy. Like anything, I guess, it's just one step at a time or whatever cliche works.

I'm happy to hear you're happy. I know it's been a rocky year. It's been a rocky year all round, or so it appears. But you sound positive and that's great. :)

It was alright! It's a bit boring to be honest. I grew up in North East England, grew up in a Catholic household, so I went to Catholic schools all the way up to 16 before heading to a sixth form, which to our listeners from across the pond, is the last two years of high school which is where we go if we wanna head to university. Did that for 2 years and then decided to go to uni half way down the country because 18 years of living in a sleepy town in NE England is more than enough

LAWD.

Here we go.

Long story short, yes. The first attraction I had to a man was my PE (physical education) teacher when I was like 12  he's a complete tit as well, I saw him a couple of months back and he had a face like a slapped arse when he saw me (I didn't get along with the PE department, I flat out refused to go in my last two years at school)

It was quite bad though. I convinced myself for a couple of years that it was just a phase and I'd grow out of it. I didn't tell anyone and I was extremely reserved because I didn't want people to find out.

For context as well, North East England is quite working class. I knew a lot of people with quite socially conservative views growing up and I had persuaded myself my parents, especially my father, wouldn't accept it.

But when I was around 14 I was completely smitten with this boy that I knew and came to realise it wasn't just a phase. I came out to my friends at 16 and then my parents at 18 before I left for uni, both of whom had known for years and were, and still are, totally fine with it!

You're too kind *flips hair*

To be honest, although I was definitely a quiet type in school, I'm pretty extroverted now! I was training officer for this helpline society at uni so I quite often had to speak in front of 50 people, or around that depending how busy our cycles were! I was crapping myself the first few times though. Thought of buying Tena Lady's just to be prepared for the worst :p but there's something about people blossoming around just you that I find so secretive, beautiful and romantic. If that makes sense

I write mainly two things. Horror or romance, but never both  I usually go for romance, and the settings can jump all over the place. My favourite piece I did though, that I think you read, was a piece I did about Golden Age Hollywood. A quote I reflect on a lot, both in writing and in general I guess, is a one from Roger Ebert. He was writing about a War Kong Wai film, can't remember which one, and he said "people often cross paths, but rarely cross intentions" and so I like to use that and reflect on missed opportunities or unrequited love (which I know all about, good god  )

I actually study Literature with Creattive Writing at university which is what spurs me into action most of the time. I'd love to be published one day though and see my name on a shelf!

I met him on Grindr, first red flag, because I was VERY naive when I first came out and my only gay friend basically told me that every gay guy used it and it was a normal thing to do. He was obviously lying  bless. Anyway, we talked for a bit. I was giddy and persuaded myself we would be Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart 2.0. I had just turned 17 around this time as well.

So he came to my city. He was being chased by the train officials, second red flag, because he wouldn't pay his train fare. He came from the next city over so it would have been about £3 at most, so around $5 or thereabouts. He made me buy his dinner even though he knew where we were going. Then we sat by a river and talked for a bit and he just went for it like Nic Cage does with overacting. He got pissy that I wouldn't make out with him on date one and I ended it.

Which is also why I never go on dates from Grindr (I mean I did in America, but ya know)

Hi MovieGal! I did read some, and could interview you one day and get you to spill all on your writing. Although I can't beileve there isn't already a Writer's Corner thread on MoFo. if not, someone should start one and let the sharing continue where it's all gathered in one thread, too.

I made out with one of my lesbian friends when this guy wouldn't leave me alone. She was genuinely the best kisser I've ever had

I don't know if I'd go for a full on career in politics, but it is something I'm very passionate about! I'm a member of the Green party. That probably makes the Americans here shudder a bit, and rightfully so (I was a Stein supporter, not so much anymore though). The party has a lot of SJWs that overlap with our American counterpart I won't deny that. But I think green politics is the politics of the future. If we don't try to implement it we won't have a future at all. The political parties here in Britain are an utter disgrace too and Caroline Lucas is the only one who fills me with any kind of hope (she's our only elected MP, so like member of the house!)

I would definitely consider running for local office in the future, but I think I could probably do more outside of elected office. Protests and whatnot here seem to get the message out more!

You did in America? Tell us how long were you there for? WHERE in America were you? I really missed an opportunity with Nostro in Florida. I'm told that's the real crazy state, just watch the news. ALIGATORS and all!

I was there for 3 months last year. I worked in a store called Publix inside of a resort in panhandle Florida. I was kind of in between Fort Walton and Panama City, I went to both quite often!

Someone I briefly dated when I was out there told me how he had met Piers Morgan at the hotel he worked at a few days before he met me. Apparently he was very pleasant, I have my reservations though

My time there was wild, so I agree! My uber driver got me into a drag race (sadly not the RuPaul kind) when all I wanted was an ice cream from Wendy's  because god forbid you want to walk anywhere over there. I had to uber to a Walmart down the street because pavements/sidewalks just did not exist and was I sh!te going to walk in tall grass.

Also, dick pics happen VERY quick. Almost always from older men going through a midlife crisis. I rarely use it now. Tinder is actually pretty good for us gays

Does Brexit make you nervous?

Brexit makes me extremely nervous. I pray the government wakes up and cancels it because no one voted to make their lives worse, which it almost certainly will be at this rate. Plus it'll end the union I'm certain of it.

But people are ardent supporters of controlled immigration here which they won't back down on, and the EU won't back down on Freedom of Movement. We'll get nowhere.

Hello Cici, longtime fan here.

Gonna ask pretty much what I asked from ynwtf - Spill the T on MoFos!

Who intimidates you? Who fascinates you? Who frustrates you?
Is there anybody who you had one particular impression of initially but now you feel completely differently about?

I have to say, CiCi. your input in my Would I Lie To You? game was one of my favourites. I gave you a lie that was my truth and you SOLD it . Does putting on a part come easily to you? You're also brilliant in Survivor games. Are you a natural actor?

Oh my god, I remember this now that you mention it. The UBER DRIVER! :rotfl:

Gurl, let me teach you to bushwhack.

So it's Grindr's like like oh hai, here's my Captain Standish?

Can it be cancelled, though?

Gurl they don't even say hello, they just jump straight to the dick pics  I just sit there half the time like wow... don't have one of those myself or anything. I always find it amusing when you ask for pics (because the amount of faceless profiles on there is a bit unnerving) and they just throw a random dick pic in the middle of a bunch of wholesome face pics and whatnot

I'm really not a good actor. However deep talk here :p giving you all the exclusives I swear :p
I did go through a phase where I attempted suicide several times when I was 15, I eventually told someone and got help and I'm getting there now! But I remember everyone around me was totally astounded when they found out because I hid it so well. My grades didn't slip, I answered questions in class, still socialised somewhat with my friends etc. Funnily enough that was when I really got into writing. I got utterly absorbed in characters I had created and lived through them to a point (I started off writing fanfic though, mainly Battle Royale fanfic)
As for acting, nah, my accent is very strong and distinctive that I can't really do other accents very well at all. Plus outside of the UK my accent is non existent in the media

No, I doubt they'll cancel Brexit sadly :( but I do think it will lead to Northern Ireland re-unifying with Ireland or the troubles starting again. Scotland will become independent too (although I'd be entitled to citizenship there hehe)

Likewise

Funnily enough you intimidated me for the longest time  because you let people have it when they were asking for it, but now I actually really admire that trait now I'm a bit older and wish I had the balls to do the same. That also answers the second question a bit too.

Camo genuinely fascinates me. Largely because he's quite secretive about himself, you have to piece together stuff about him. It's fun though. I'd probably fancy him if I saw him :p SC fascinates me too for much of the same reasons. I think it's because I'm such an open book myself that I'm drawn to them more.
Cat does as well since she seems wild and speaks so many languages which I really envy!
There's a couple of users who interest me because I've known them for a while but I have no idea where I stand with them. Rauld would be a good example.

Tongo, obviously, frustrates me. He did anyway, we seem to be on good terms now! I hope it stays that way

As for who I fancy. Suspect, Nostro and Gunslinger may have caught my eye :p

Well that's how it should be here on Cat Chat...sometimes deep, sometimes frivolous. Often both at the same time. ;)

That means you did a great acting job. Oscar worthy. When you show one face convincinly and feel the opposite, you're nailing it in the acting department. Only there's nobody recording it.

Independent Scotland yay or nay?
Would you take that citizenship?

Nope, none of that! It's one of many reasons why I got rid  and yeah! Vagina photos aren't a thing! Honestly, women are the most elegant, compassionate, compelling people and I'm attracted to sweaty, boring, confusing af men. Blegh!

And I cover all the bases ;)

Oh thank you! I must admit a lot of the time when I'm watching films I'll replace myself with one the characters  at the moment I replace myself a lot with Gugu Mbataha Raw in San Junipero and Maggie Cheung in In the Mood for Love. I'm one of those people who imagines whole conversations with people too knowing they'll never happen in real life!

Ireland - Yes. Our government gives 0 fvcks about Northern Ireland, they'd have access to the EU as part of the ROI too. They might as well.

Scotland - No. I don't think isolationism is a good option ever. Which is why I oppose Trump and Brexit. Cooperation beats that ideology in my opinion. Spain would veto the crap out of their membership in the EU and there's no way we'd let them use our currency either.
I'm not sure if I'd take it. I have no idea where I want to end up though!

CiCi what's your sense of fashion like and what was your fashion sense like when coming of age?

I had 0 fashion sense before uni

Now I wear a lot of darker colours. I try and match colours too. So if I go on a night out, one combo I might do is black lipstick, red shirt, black jeans and red converse!
Burgundy, purple and black are the colours that tend to suit me best. And I have full lips kinda, which is why I wear lipstick for things like rock nights. I get hit on more too if I wear it, quite a few "if I wasn't straight I'd tap that" comments which I never know how to take

See, this is why I'm thinking of doing drag. I'm basically a woman :p funnily enough, when I'm nervous I go quite camp. I just word vomit and stuff. I'm such an ordinary 20 year old dude when I'm 100% comfortable around people who just likes talking about men a lot

I haven't had an embarrassing exit I don't think! However, when I was in Florida I did use Grindr a lot, largely to meet other gay guys in the area because my flatmates were from all over the world (some who had never met a gay guy and asked a lot of probing questions) and I struggled to meet anyone with anything in common with me since my sense of humour did not go down well at work since it's quite sarcastic, and I'm sorry to any Americans or Floridians here, but SO many people where I was just did not grasp the concept of sarcasm. So I ended up meeting this guy from the navy. He was 40 but he was GORGEOUS. He invited me round to this sort of mansion he and his mates in the navy had rented out for the summer. They were all older but all absolutely gorgeous. He got me in the hot tub, things went down. V hot. You'll have to subscribe to CiCi+ for the more explicit details. I was there for ages. Other twinks were wandering in and out of the house for the other gay guys.

In the commotion  I left my phone charger for my British made phone. Took me ages to find one out there that worked and when my parents asked how I lost it... I fumbled and made some really lame excuse I doubt they believed. But hey ho!

Yeah, my mother googled all about gay weddings and stuff not long after I came out and she's super keen. Do you know that "you're doing great sweetie" gif? Very that. So I'd rather Mama CiCi kept out of it for now  she caught me on tinder the other day but she didn't know what it was and I pulled out an excuse I was quite proud of. I know you're a fellow RuPaul Drag race fan. Can you tell us what drag means to you?

Of course!

I grew up knowing only of Divine. When I first watched the show and people hailed Ru as the most successful Queen ever I was like eww. Blasphemy. Ursula the sea witch was designed using Divine's imagine on a DISNEY FILM. I also genuinely thought drag was weird but god I was so wrong.

Anyway, it's the first and only show that caters to a queer audience on a mainstream platform (I love Dragula as well, I think some people here would too since it's horror oriented). Plus it showcased men who went through similar stuff to me out there killing it. It was very reassuring and comforting to see.

Plus it does highlight how gender is just a construct. Some of them are stunning in drag and could easily pass as supermodels in Paris or New York. Plus it's the only show to make fisting jokes unapologetically! Trixie Mattel is my favourite because she's a barbie doll making super dark jokes and it's wicked to see. I'm very happy they're breaking through now. You have Alaska appearing in a lot of movies. Trixie and Katya have their own show. Trixie even had a cameo in American Horror Story! Drag Race UK is apparently in the works. Drag Race Thailand has had such a positive affect over there with Taiwan and the Philippines working to set up their own versions now. I could talk about it for days

I get you on that. Because they're just as empowering to straight women. And straight men. As long as you're open and willing to accept the actual human amazingness that is drag... I can understand how fans can get a bit over jealous, to be honest. You really get invested in it. Or at least I do. Bingewatched the whole thing when it was on Netflix - absolutely one of the toughest competitions on tv. It's like Project Runway, Top Model and Face Off all in one show, and the competitors have to do it all on themselves. AND act, and dance and DO THE JUMP SPLITS and I screeeeeam. They also drag their asses through all their baggage on screen. It's very touching.

We don't have as much access here to all the shows. I have to find alternative means of watching them.

I have! I looked into corsets and corset training in general. This man a couple of weeks wandered up to me and told me I have a perfect face for drag... and a really big mouth  it was very sweet though, and it kinda gave me a boost I felt I needed.

I am a perfectionist though, I lose motivation very quickly if I feel I'm not brilliant at something. I have so many unfinished stories because of this. I worry I'll be the same with this. I have a friend who does drag too and she's amazing. She made the final of a local drag contest that's pretty big! Plus I can't really dance and the only make up I have experience with is lip stick and concealer (I used to wear it to school if my spots were bad, I had a bit of a pizza face growing up). If I were to do it, I would try to take inspiration from comic books and queens like Manila Luzon who blend glamour and comedy. So kinda like:

I would fly to where you are when you debut!!!!! Seriously. I'd make a plan.

I am a perfectionist though, I lose motivation very quickly if I feel I'm not brilliant at something. I have so many unfinished stories because of this. I worry I'll be the same with this.

This is basically me, except with music. I've destroyed ALL of what I create by myself. I don't destroy it if I create it with someone else, because then it's not so much feral animal eating its own young, but more a thing where you can't destroy it because of the other person's input, so no matter how much you hate your own input, it's not just yours.

I have a friend who does drag too and she's amazing. She made the final of a local drag contest that's pretty big! Plus I can't really dance and the only make up I have experience with is lip stick and concealer (I used to wear it to school if my spots were bad, I had a bit of a pizza face growing up).

How important is the dance aspect. I know it's important in Drag Race as they have to do so much stage performing that centers around dance, but in a show it can be lip syncing and other things, and I know you have a real comedy bone. You can see you as an edgy comedy queen.

If I were to do it, I would try to take inspiration from comic books and queens like Manila Luzon who blend glamour and comedy. So kinda like:

It wasn't Suspiria, as shocking as that might be to the few people aware of my taste

I started off with horror in general, so Halloween, that kinda stuff. Ginger Snaps was on television one night when I was around 14 and I loved it. Battle Royale was on a couple of weeks after that too. So I started looking for foreign and independent horror movies that led me to all sorts.

Eventually I made it to stuff like Faster Pussycat and I became obsessed with feminist cinema. Gay men love strong women, and I think it's because we all wanted to be them when we were young and confused. This led me to The Descent, I Spit on Your Grave, You're Next and eventually I kept seeing stuff about a very violent horror film set in a ballet school which I thought was cool... put off watching it though for some reason, it was an obscure Argento film I watched first. I think it was The Bird with the Crystal Plumage. I loved it. The drawn out death scenes, the scenery porn, the beating music roaring through every frame, the beautiful women overcoming peril and often causing it which I found refreshing to see, especially in older cinema. What I class as older cinema anyway  I watched all of his stuff more or less and Suspiria was the pinnacle of everything I loved about giallo.

The reason I nominated The Editor, which I understand is causing a stir, is because it's a modern giallo film that affectionately parodies the films of Argento and his peers. I adore it. I used to dream of writing modern giallos and selling them when I was younger  but screenwriting is very technical and I'm all about dat description and focus on inner monologues that don't translate well onto film

As for Blade Runner. I've always loved sci-fi that's more speculative. So The Handmaid's Tale and Battle Royale, things within the realm of possibility. Blade Runner is what I truly imagine the future to look like. I don't think we'll resolve things like climate change, I think the infrastructures, advertisements. Even the trends of society, the fashion, the hair, all of it is what I truly imagine Western society to eventually look like.

Rachael is just stunning, she's like a moving work of art. Like an American geisha  in the beauty sense anyhow. Her personal narrative was heart wrenching and however problematic Sean Young may be now, she did something beautiful on that set aged just 22. The beginning of the love scene where she's gazing around the apartment with her hand on her hip with the light highlighting her silhouette is haunting. I say the beginning because it gets a bit rapey towards the end  but the first few minutes are just breath takingly beautiful in my opinion!

I would fly to where you are when you debut!!!!! Seriously. I'd make a plan.

How important is the dance aspect. I know it's important in Drag Race as they have to do so much stage performing that centers around dance, but in a show it can be lip syncing and other things, and I know you have a real comedy bone. You can see you as an edgy comedy queen.

Ooh I like that. Quite classic burlesque pin-up. Have you thought of a name yet?

Yeah!

Scarlet Fever!

It is such a weird habbit, because a lot of the time my older stuff isn't too bad, but because it isn't at the level I'm at now, whatever that might be, I cringe and never look at it again.

In British drag it seems to be quite important, at least in my local scene. The big contest we have is a singing or lip synching competition depending which you prefer so it's quite important. A lot of the upcoming girls who do things like comedy try and become opening acts for Ru girls. BenDeLaCreme supports quite a few and Bianca usually has a local girl opening for her too. So there's other options out there, I'm not as educated on it as I should be though!

I'm often fascinated by peoples' passages into things as I grew up in a country that had embargo at some point in my childhood, so access to things got odd. My paths to discovery ended up involving knowing about the artists involved and chasing their other projects. I'm always curious how others get involved in sort of...cult scenes. Especially if they don't live in major cities.

Eventually I made it to stuff like Faster Pussycat and I became obsessed with feminist cinema. Gay men love strong women, and I think it's because we all wanted to be them when we were young and confused.

Now that I come to think of it...I have an Irish gay friend here who met me in a pub, and he FELL FOR ME. Like in that way that he'd gush every time he saw me and I would just be wide eyed and almost uncomfortable, but I just relaxed into the love really. He ended up letting me down when I needed back up in a tense situation with a guy in ANOTHER pub, and when he found out what had gone down while he was distracted by pretty boys he became sort of unctuous, overcompensating, even though I told him it was cool. He still acted like it was the worst thing ever. Now I kind of get it, now that you say that. He would have wanted to have my back. I'm quick to forgive if I can see the other point. If not, my anger is almost eternal. It burns.

How is your anger? Do you burn?

And the soundtracks. All that is everything I love about giallo too. OK SO HOW HEARTBROKEN WERE YOU when I basically left you and Cosmic to run away with cricket in that Survivor we played together?

The reason I nominated The Editor, which I understand is causing a stir, is because it's a modern giallo film that affectionately parodies the films of Argento and his peers. I adore it. I just watched that before interviewing you!! I laughed. I found it really funny, and I loved the SOUNDTRACK, the over the top sound fx (OH TO HAVE BEEN ON FOLEY DUTY ON THIS FILM), which I'll say when I eventually write the film up for the HoF. Thanks for nominating that.

Well the character and the actress are separate entities and yes, Sean Young is wonderfully crazy. Rachael (unsure of the spelling) is for SURE stunning. I see the fashion aesthetic carried over after you posted your frag preferred look. It all falls into place!

I'm really not an angry person at all. I vent a lot though, which I think negates that. I'm a big believer in indifference is worse than hate and I've seen it! People falling out me because I don't give them attention when they're desperately trying to get it.

Survivor! This whole interview could be about that and it'd last just as long  I was bummed out! I get weirdly competitive with this kind of stuff. Like in real life it doesn't bother me too much. But god I want to win or make it far when I play that kind of stuff. Which is why Survivor 5 is the best one :p not that i'm biased or anything :p

A lot of 80s! Can range from Def Leppard to Kate Bush and everything in between  My music taste is all over the place to be honest

I tend not to use it for things like writing in case it influences it, although some songs like This Woman's Work can put me in a certain mood if I want to write something more sombre.

And to add to that, who's your favourite visual artist?

Trixie Mattel is stunning to look at  Nina Bonina as well, of course!

For film, I love Nicholas Winding Refn. I really want him to make a Mirror's Edge film or TV series, since the aesthetics are very much like his own. Argento, too! His early period anyhow

OH HONEEEEY YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS. I was actually ALL about him donig the remake of Suspiria if it was to be remade. But then they did the interesting thing of giving it to another Italian to do. AND THAT...is everything. An Italian can do this, be original and STILL headnod. It's either Italians or Winding Refn. My money was ALL on the latter, but a former option was INTERESTING, since nobody heard of him until Call Me By Your Name.

Incidentally...how did you feel about that film?

And of course I'm interested

I definitely wanna see it! But the whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. From Argento desperately not wanting it to be remade, to someone defending Weinstein at the premiere when Asia Argento had stepped forward about him, it seemed a bit tasteless. From what I've read, the jury really is out on it. I'll take a look and try and objectively look at it! I doubt I'll like it as much as the original, but it looks interesting nonetheless!

Errr, no, we don't eat cats because we have access to chicken, beef, and pork. Also, dogs, but seriously, my country ought to get rid of that whole fiasco...

You know what's sacred in Korea though? Birds. People have rarely eaten them, even in desperate times, and killing some of them will get you jail time.

We'll be opening the lines in a few minutes once we've gotten two or three questions under our belts.

The number in case anyone needs reminding is
0-800-CATCHAT

CALL IN in a couple of minutes. As always unmanned and uncensored.
