In a game like this alliances are a formality. Nothing more or less.

You can overextend just by courting the wrong person and that can be the first person you ally yourself with.
Yeah I found that out last game. Nonetheless I dont like saying "lets make an alliance" to every player in the game or anyone that asks because it ....well, becomes a meaningless formality then turns into a good reason for someone to feel betrayed. When Im in an alliance, Im actively doing things to help them and hopefully vice versa. So I dont say Yes everytime, that way my word has weight. :)

I gave up on the Death Note comic and am gonna watch the animated series. I think itll be better because of music, color, etc...

Yeah but that was for its time. I doubt the graphic qualities of Watership Down would phase you or impress now, but it is soooooo good for character development, and a rare fresh classic. :up:

Its really a shame too because there was so much "good" heat for this one, more than Id seen with any Survivor. New Challenge

Right, I was a little bit worried that I wouldn't be able to carry this through properly because of eliminations, but it's worked out that I have been able to.

Basically, in each of your teams, there are moles, or spies, working for their own purposes. After the leaders of each teams were decided, I contacted one person from each team, with instructions that they are the mole, they are to act a certain way when I have asked them to, and to look for an alliance on the opposite team ready for when they are revealed. They knew this challenge was coming up and that if they could play it well, could be rewarded.

Now is an early chance to catch out your mole. Each team leader must send me a PM once they have discussed the issue with the team, with who they believe to be the mole, if they can guess who it is, then they'll have the chance to either vote out the mole, or someone on the opposing team. If the mole isn't guessed, then they get the opportunity to secretly eliminate somebody on their team.

Note: Nope1172 is not the mole, and I don't think he has done anything at all in this game, so to make the teams now 5 v 6, he is eliminated.

Second Note: If any of the people chose for elimination end up being The Great Dictator, mole or not, they will not be eliminated, if they are chosen, they choose someone to eliminate.

I don't know why you are all complaining about the pace. There hasn't been a Survivor game in ages, do you want it to be over straight away and not have one for another year? I can respect that :up: Sorry I took it the wrong way. Im just more the type when I play a Survivor game Im "dialed in" and focused. A steady unrelenting pace, and this is why I usually require a recovery time afterward too. Seriously, I hope it goes well.

No it isnt. Even though Im not in this game anymore, (I really did drop out Dan ;) ), when it was/is moving its quite fun, moreso than S5 which ONLY had the "Danielgate" drama going for it.

Dans win in S4 was balls to the walls.
1. he was eliminated by me screwing up the Hypnosis, remember that?
2. He talked his way back into the game thru another players good graces?! And it wasnt Rauld!?
3. He orchestrated his own defeat to unload the dilemna of taking Wolfsbane to the final, by losing to Rhys, and help Rhys win.
4. He did it all on his own.

Truly was the most impressive win in a Survivor.

If you dont like the game, really pull out of it. Dont run his name thru the mud. Thats not cool :nope:

But was this not way earlier in the game and it really didn't affect Daniel anymore than anyone on his team. If i remember correctly he was eliminated because i stayed loyal to CiCi and voted against him when he invited me over to his side. We spoke about that quite a few times after that.

Give me a break. He won by one vote. He had already been eliminated. TheUsualSuspect, Teeter_G, donniedarko and Camo were far better players. Donnie won by one vote, too, but at least he was never eliminated. Daniel was the worst winner. You're just proud of him because he won YOUR Survivor game.

And I mean no disrespect to Daniel as a person at all. I know he was a good player because I worked with him when I was briefly involved in Survivor 4. We worked to try to get out Suspect. I worked with him in Survivor 2, as well. He's definitely not a bad player.... but someone who is eliminated, comes back, and wins by one vote isn't the best Survivor player ever. He just isn't. He's definitely no Suspect, who almost won twice.

Im talking bout Latveria not Nopes game. Dan and TUS were on opposite teams, and they targetted each other. If I did the Hypno correctly, then TUS would have gone out first, not Dan.
