Heres the catch with Hypno Ive found (though it didnt happen now), if someone is not online when hypno'd, and all the votes are cast, then they cannot respond. This is how I thought it was done last Survivor, I didnt think it was a secret thing, but that people werent online to respond in time.

I agree that people should not know that they are being hypnotized. I know that it was used to change Gatsby's vote, but if people were made aware prior that it wouldn't be secret, then the times on when they are played would be different. Closer to the deadline of the votes and not early, tipping off potential strategies.

I had no idea that Sexy quit, had it been known, the strategy would have been different. Him quitting should make this vote and powers null and void, EXACTLY like the time Swan quit.

If this duel goes forward it will have to be after 6 when I get home from work.

It really doesn't matter (in this case) because even if the vote's taken away, Suspect deserves his hypnotize power back and he could just use it on another person. It doesn't have to cause him to be defeated. Unless he hypnotizes the wrong person.
