Survivor 4: LATVERIA seems to be a good stepping stone and learning experience. It shows who I do and do not want to play this game with. Its all about respect - who has it, who doesnt, and who says they have it though never display it.

If anyone thought they could troll this game into stopping, well you are wrong as rain. :laugh: Its given me a great idea on how to do Survivor properly over the internet. Now this would be for a future Survivor, but get this...

We would go to some cheapo lil free forum website for the sole purpose of playing Survivor. EVERYONE would make an alternate account, and not tell anyone who they are. Just play whatever character you want and make decisions solely on what other characters do in game, not knowing who is really who. That way past baggage isnt haunting anyone unfairly. The only new rule is you cannot tell anyone who you really are, and cannot tell anyone who anyone else is.

That makes it a game and less personal. There is no money to be won here. This is for fun. This is not a platform or a universe for you or anyone to "go off" on someone just because you can.

Yes Daniel but would you feel the same way if you were the target? You cant compare what little grief you went thru to what TUS is enduring daily. People that are voted out in the real Survivor arent allowed to say anything until final tribal council. Hell, even my integrity running this games been put under question!

But TUS accepts it as part of the game, I think. He can criticise and attempt to aggrevate people if he wants, but chooses not to, he plays the game in the different style. If anything the constant berating shows that people feel threatened and want him gone, I used to be one of the people who did this to TUS and I did it to try and rally people behind me to vote him out. It doesn't seem to have fazed him so far, and it's actually helped him make easy choices when it comes to voting, that's why people do it as well, because they fear they're next and want to make one last "all or nothing" attempt before they go.

I think it's part of the game, maybe I'm wrong and TUS gets upset, takes it personally or whatever. But I try and leave what happens in this game, in this thread. I have massive respect for everyone who's taken part in this game, think they're great posters in a lot of sections of the forum, and are friends with a lot of them.

To be honest, I'm kind of glad I'm out. It's somewhat stressful when people are targeting you from the very beginning. This game was probably the most malicious of the bunch, being called a sociopath and that they hope I die was a bit much.

I wasnt. When I got voted out last season (kicking and screaming), and then after beating everyone going thru godoggos marathon of challenges thru hell to get back in, and then after getting back being shown the door again. Oh, lets just say Doctor TONGO was beside himself. I was even trying to organize a "Jury Mutiny" to teach those remaining in game a lesson. Sean set me straight.

Anyway, this is why after I cool off Ill take a forgiving stance when someone "loses it" in the game. I have, you just gotta own it, apologize, and change.
