It's that time of year again.
Well. Soon at least. Couple weeks to go but getting the thread going now as there's tons of movies that have been cut from last year, so spending the next while putting those down.


Also the ones that made it, even though I've picked them, still need to be reordered.
Top 10 might even change. Maybe. Possibly.

It's looking as though the top 10 will have at least 6 new entries, 5 of them are new entries to the top 100, one of them is an existing film that has gone up in the ranks.

Sad the Back To The Future's and WALL-E are out of your 100 now. Happy about moat all of the others since i don't like many of them.

I like Napoleon Dynamite, The Mexican and Grosse Pointe Blank. Haven't seen Identity.

I did a review of Identity... really good movie, just don't read up before watching as it'll spoil the twist.

Um its not close too being 2017 yet. I like list not questions but shouldn't be just the 2016 list.

I bookmarked it for after whenever i watch it, don't usually like reading up about a movie before i watch it.

I do my 100s from June-July to June-July... so the last one was to cover 2015-2016... this one is for 2016-2017
Like a sports season when they take place over the change in year.

X-Men sadly has become a bit stagnant. I enjoy them, but they've hit their peak for me and offer nothing really new anymore.
I've been going off BTTF for a while now too


Trek is also becoming a bit stale these days.
Maybe when the new series is out, it might reinvigorate my interest.

Not really sad to see most of those movies you listed get the boot, but the "considered" list does make me wonder what films you'll use to replace them.

Also, I like how NedStark09 of all people is the one to question a top movies list that is up-front about how long it's going to take to finish.

tbh it should only take about a week, maybe 2, to get through. Still fiddling with the order... I'm also waiting for a particular movie to come out on DVD so I can watch... depending on the outcome will depend which one gets a spot.

Yeah Robo was already dropped from #1 on last year's list.
I had The Thing in #1, Predator in 2nd and Robo in 3rd.
