Same here. It made me really sad for days after watching it, but I loved it anyway.

the genre is ''Skiffle'' and Skiffle is a definition of jazz , folks and other genre... so yes it's folks...

Don't sound like no folk to me, but like I do like it, it's an absolute standard over here in the UK.
You say skiffle is a derivative of blues /jazz/ folk, but if you want to do that then absolutely all Western music must derive from folk as folk music is the roots music of the people pre 20th century
