I always have these little random things come into my head about certain movies--they'll have something strange or unique in there that may not qualify them for any "Best Movie" category but certainly is a moment to be savored. I don't know if I'm explaining myself well, so I'll stop trying and give some examples.
Best Use of Wagner: Apocalypse Now
"Charlie don't surf!"
Best Kevin Costner Role: The Big Chill
Best Baby-As-Plot-Device: Raising Arizona
"This one's pretty damn good, though."
Best Use of Night Ranger's "Sister Christian": Superstar
"And when I say 'booga booga,' you booga booga."
"What's 'booga booga'?"
"I don't know. But if I say it, you better f*ckin' figure it out."
Best Frog Sequence (from any movie that is not actually titled "Frogs"--Ray Milland, what the f*ck were you thinking?): Magnolia
These aren't as well-thought-out as they should be, but I'll have more. It's wide-open, people.
