Casting Chemistry

Put me in your pocket...
I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the worst casting mistakes, but since it's about an odd pairing I'll post it here.

The pairing of Clint Eastwood and Carol Channing in The First Traveling Saleslady (1956) was just so odd. Odd...odd....odd. Even as a naive young man was quite dishy and Carol's...well carol in a lighthearted goofy way. Just odd.

I wish I could have found a picture of them together, but couldn't find one.

Kenny, don't paint your sister.
Jeez! Everybody's already said so many of my favorites. Nebbs mentioned the Cary Grant movies that I LOVE. One she left out was Charade

These two had chemistry to burn!
I think I liked Audrey best with Peter O'Toole though

How to Steal a Million

My favorite buddy teams have been mentioned: Lemmon & Matthau, Redford & Newman. There is still

Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson in Die Hard with Vengence

'Course I'd have to mention these to somewhere here

Might be able to come up with a few more later.
