2 strips of bacon, 1 sausage, scrambled eggs, grilled tomato and wholemeal bread and occasionally if I have mushrooms, I will pan fry them.

No, just grill it with the bacon, sausage...then add rock salt & pepper.

I try and make good breakfasts but I sometimes break the yolk which is such a bummer.

If you poach eggs...hopefully you know about poaching? Americans don't often do...Pommy's do. In the water when it's starting to boil, add white vinegar..about a teaspoon.
