Eve is a very good episode. 
It's funny, season 1 is a bit cheap and trashy at times compared to the rest of the show (a lot of b-movie kind of storylines) and yet it has some brilliant episodes that are amongst my absolute favourites - Deep Throat, Eve, Ice, Beyond the Sea, Squeeze and Tooms etc
Anyway as I mentioned my absolute favourite show ever. For me no other show has come close to so successfully mixing so many genres - scifi, horror, drama, comedy, action etc. And Mulder and Scully are probably my two favourite TV characters of all time.
