I mean Donnie Darko was a well done film and I enjoyed it but I think that his role in The Good Girl was right up there as well and just as good if not better than the role in Donnie Darko. Sorry for going on just throwing in my two cents
i guess his performance was mostly recognised in donnie darko, and it was his best to date.

I wouldn't say it was his best to date....I mean check out his other films..

But that is just his voice alone. That with a combination of facial expressions and body movements are very important when one should consider a "best performance" by an individual shouldn't it?

J.E. Jones is better in Field of Dreams than his vocal "acting" in the Star Wars flicks. And he's just outstanding in The Great White Hope. Hell, he was better as Thulsa Doom than as Vader's voice.

25th hour is better... But Norton in almost any movie is pure genius
I own most of his movies on DVD and 25th hour is my least favorite.Certainly not because of him.I just hate Spike Lee movies.Norton is a genious indeed .
