Theres a competition between me and my bro....he gets A's, and well...I used to lag off. I was very different from what I am now, and I didn't use to care about studying and what not. I've made chances and now want to lead a life involving business!

Also, I study alone now...no comp. music, tv, or whatever. Silence is the best way to get something into your head. Along with that I've started to read the chapters they provide, instead of just skimming through the text looking for the answers. Most of the tests teachers NOW give out involve something that you DIDN'T answer.

I learned my lesson! Plus it feels better when you shut someone up with your intelligence.

Sounds like me and my brother Godsend. Well one of them atleast... He always gets A's and I always have to try to fill his shoes. It really sucks. As for my latest achievment: I managed to build up the guts to ask a girl at school out, I was afraid of denial but she said yes so I'm on Cloud 9 right now.

My brother is younger then me.

Well ya know what? it still is the same situation except maybe your brother is younger, a small set back but thats ok.

You know, being the one getting all the A's isn't as great as you think. Sure the other siblings get it tough trying to live up to the one with the A's. But the one with the A's have to struggle to keep the A's. One slip up and everyone thinks you have destroyed your life. My father thought I was a drug addict when my grades started slipping. He even took me to councelling cuz he thought I had a drug problem. That wasn't the case at all. He never trusted me after that, even when my grades went back up. Maybe he thought I was sleeping with the teacher or something. Anyway, when you think how hard it is to get those A's...remember how hard it is to keep them...


Oh yeah, my greatest achievement for today is...I slept for pretty well the whole day, getting up a few times to come on here and eat chips.

Good job Gummo. I have tried that a few times but it never works. I love sleep, I love some chips, and I like MoFo as you call it but it is so hard

Ditto....same here. He thinks my friends are idiots, well who cares? He doesn't know jack and communicting with him on a relationship kind of pattern is hard. Same with everyone else, I can only communicate with like a hand full of people.

Hell, more like pinch.

Anyways, my bro gets the better grades cause I usually help him out. Project wise and studying as well. I was the first to encounter American schooling in my family, so I pass it down to him. Meh *shrug* I went through the drastic stuff and I've been coaching him. He has it better...to a degree.

I memorized "Walk" by Pantera on guitar, I feel so special!

my latest achievment was working up the courage not to beat the ***** ou of some one, and yes i just bumbed this thread.

I learned how to play that song from 'the pianist' on piano, it took ages though, it's called chopin's prelude in E Minor. Sounds so proffesional - it makes me sound pretty good, my friends think I'm some hotshot piano player now what they don't know is that it took me like 3 months to get it good. Anyways that's my recent achievement
