Italian, made for TV, 80s-90s a woman stops for the red light, and the car in front is her husband's, kissing another one. Later at dinner he tells about a work trip to Bruxelles, and when she propose to come along, he explains Bruxelles is gray and rainy. She call's the lover's office, and discover she is on holidays in Bruxelles. The protagonist divorces, but when she goes to the real estate agency, they explain that without a job you can't rent a place, while at job interviews they kinda say without an address you can't get a job.
