Wizard, jug and strange switching bodies

I'm looking for comedy movie from 90's. Probably USA. The woman goes to fortune-teller or wizard (he is strange man), because she fells sick. The wizard hangs "ghost" and throws him into a jug. Unfortunately, a jug falls out through the windows and it broke head of unknown man. Next day, wounded man woke up as a woman.

That sounds like the 1984 comedy 'All Of Me', starring Steve Martin and Lily Tomlin. The scene with the bowl going out the window can be seen in this trailer for the film:
