The Alamo

I am very interested in this movie, I saw the original and I really liked it, now this one looks alot better. This movie starts Christmas Day and I just hope it's actually entertaining. Is anybody else going to see this movie Christmas time?

Dennis Quaid, Billy Bob Thornton, Jason Patric, Patrick Wilson - seems like a pretty good ensemble cast. Check out the trailer...it looks like it has potential to be a pretty good film, depending on how historically accurate it is.

Bad news for The Alamo, its been pushed back 4 months because the filmakers didn't finish it in time.

This is one of the movies I'm keeping a close eye on. Mainly becuse I'm wondering if the filmmakers went with the historical slant or the patriotic slant. Theres alot of evedience to support that the "Disney" Alamo story that everyone knows never happened. So it should be interesting to see where ol davy dies at...lol

Course since this is an election year and our beloved president is from Texus...
