Hi guys,
I'm not much of a forum person, but this movie really bothers me for a long time so I would really use your help.
I was really young when it was played in my country and my mom didn't allow me to watch it, so I cannot recall many details.
What I remember is that the plot is set in the preindustrial period of time, when rich families were living on their land and having servants. In this particular family, a girl falls in love with one of the servants but her mom didn't approve their love in a very strict manner. Because their love couldn't survive the circumstances, they decided to die insted. They burned themselves while making love in a shack where they had previously been hiding and meeting. This scene is the very end of the movie.
It would be really helpful if any of you knows this one, my child wish of watching it would finally come true
