From which frequency to which can you listen to it? I can hear something from 180 hz up to 15,000 hz.

About 23 hz to 15000 hz.

I think in the beginning, though, it helps if you turn it up. Above is at full volume. I tried again with the volume down a bit, and couldn't hear until 45 hz.

That thing was killing my ears before it reached 200 hz.

I tried it two different ways. With and without headphones (and needless to say I had to turn it down while using the headphones).

With headphones: 27 hz to about 17600 hz
Without headphones: 40 hz to about the same, 17600 hz
