Where can I watch The Hobbit in 48fps?

I'm not sure about the second and third Hobbit films, but I know the first one, An Unexpected Journey was filmed in 48fps. I regretfully missed the opportunity to watch it in this unique format and was wondering if the Blu-ray version was in 48fps?

Is there any way to see it in 48fps?

No. You need a HFR 3D projector.
And it was AWESOME. It really sucks this technology didn't catch on.

I prefer 2D. Was just wondering about the frames per second.. 3D or no 3D, it doesn't make a difference

Well that's too bad, because the only way to watch it at 48FPS is with an HFR 3D projector.

Damn... maybe I'll have another chance if there's ever a marathon screening
