The only sequel I've seen that I thought was superior to the first was T2. LotR: TTT was good, but FotR beat it by a mile. Almost all others I've seen sucked.

Superman II was pretty damned good, and Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan kicked a bunch of ass.

I didn't care for Batman Returns at all, and I agree with most everyone that Batman and Robin sucked bigtime. Also, what about the Highlander sequels?? HORRIBLE.

Yes Highlander two was a bad movie, but I found it almost as entertaining as the first..

Mostly two parts the first when Ironside is speeding up the train and everyone freaks out and then when Connery and Lambert ar riddled to hell in the parking ramp

without a doubt Jaws 2, 3 and 4--in any order cuz they all equally sucked. It's a shame too because Jaws is my favorite movie of all time and it's name is somewhat tarnished because of the drivel that came after it baring it's name.

because of there being aliens, guns, marines and one of the best endings ever (and not ripley and newt going to sleep)

Lawnmower Man 2 .... ...Simply the worst

Well...Lawnmower Man 1 wasnt exactly a quality movie either, so what could you expect. Both was bollocks.

I thought Scream 2 was awesome. (***1/2 out of ****)

Scream 3 was cool, and a good closer. (*** stars)

Scream was a brilliant movie. (**** stars)

All three movies satire something about the slasher genre, while being slasher films themselves. Great stuff.
