Hi guys,
This movie is relatively recent I think, it was surely filmed within the past 10 years, maybe 15 (although I doubt it!).
I did not see the whole movie, as I started watching somewhere around half way, but from what I understood, the following are key points about the plot line/scenes in the movie:
Thanks in advance for your efforts!
This movie is relatively recent I think, it was surely filmed within the past 10 years, maybe 15 (although I doubt it!).
I did not see the whole movie, as I started watching somewhere around half way, but from what I understood, the following are key points about the plot line/scenes in the movie:
- There are a group of teens (about 5 or 6) who each have their own pistol and cherish it in a kind of wierd gun-culture kind of way, even going to the extent of naming it.
- These teens becoming involved in a shooting with a police officer late in the movie, and get given an ultimatum of turning themselves in.
- For the finale the teens decide they are going to go through with an escort they had planned (prior to the shooting) of an elderly relative (an african-american woman) which results in a heavy shoot out.
- During the shoot out the teens display bravery and heroics as they shoot down multiple officers (who are portrayed as the bad guys) and in the end are all shot and killed.
- A scene during this shootout which I remember clearly involves a police sniper perched up in a tall tower guarding a pass/road of some sort. One of the teens uses a C96 Mauser (or a weapon very similar to this) and performs an insanely long shot and takes out the sniper.
- Earlier in the film, the main character wrote a letter of some sort about wanting to die by his own pistol. In the final scene he is accidentally (i think?) shot by a friend who picks up his gun in desperation, and so the dream is fulfilled.
Thanks in advance for your efforts!
